To fulfill contracts, we may collect:

• Business Data: Databases, Excel sheets, API keys you authorize for automation.
• Contact Info: Name, email, phone for business communication.
• Device Info: For IoT, we collect device IP, logs, and sensor data.

2. Usage of Information

We accept info solely for:

• Service Delivery: Config workflows, training custom AI models, generating BI reports.
• System Maintenance: Monitoring scripts and sending failure alerts.
• Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable laws.

3. Storage & Cross-border Transfer

• Data is stored on your server (private) or our secure cloud DB.
• If using intl AI APIs (OpenAI), desensitized data may be transferred abroad. We strictly mask PII.

4. Third-party Services

We may integrate tools (Aliyun, Tencent, DingTalk, Lark). They have independent privacy policies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access & Correct: Access your data anytime.
• Deletion: Request deletion of all backups after service termination (except legally required).
• Withdraw Consent: Withdraw data auth anytime (may stop service).
